  • BIPD (symbol 7) - 15/30/10 to $1,000,000
  • Med Pay - $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000
  • UMBI - 15/30, 25/50, 30/60
  • UMPD - $3,500
  • Physical Damage - Stated Amount basis for specified perils & collision
  • Cargo - $100,000
  • On-Hook Towing - $25,000 to $100,000
  • Towing & Storage - $5,000 to $10,000

Minimum Premium
$500 for Cargo + $500 for all other coverage combined

Physical Damage rating and coverage based on stated amount (current reported market value) not cost new

  • Vehicles operated outside a 500-mile radius
  • Emergency vehicles
  • Livery Vehicles, public or private
  • Vehicles used to haul hazardous/explosive materials
  • Vehicles operating under time constraints (i.e. pizza delivery, courier services)
  • Security guard vehicles (if the drivers and/or passengers carry firearms)
  • Vehicles that carry guard dogs
  • Vehicles leased or rented to others by insured
  • Class A drivers outside 25-70 years of age and class C drivers outside 22-70 years of age.
  • Mobile equipment, such as power shovels, cranes, rollers, drills, forklifts, chippers, or other vehicles designed primarily for off-road use.
  • Vehicles used as a living facility
  • Trailer only policies (for liability)
  • Units with booms or cranes
  • Steel Haulers, Hay Haulers or Garbage trucks
  • Trucks pulling triple trailers
  • Risks with more than 25% sub-haul exposure
  • Vehicles not registered or garaged in the state of policy issuance
  • Unbaffled tank trucks or trailers with a carrying capacity exceeding 1400 gallons
