Vacant Dwelling Program
Program for values
$25,000 - $500,000
This program is designed to provide short term (six months maximum) coverage for single family dwellings which are vacant due to either being sold by heirs due to the death of the owner, being sold because the owner has purchased another house, or undergoing minor renovation. This program is not intended to cover single family dwellings which are vacant due to a tenant moving. Acord application (only available through appointed General Agents).
