Nichelle joined Topa Insurance with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Her expertise is in organizational design and development, change management, and talent management. In her current role, Nichelle manages our Human Resources department with an increased focused on operational and service excellence.

Nichelle has a bachelor’s in Psychology from Webster University and a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time Nichelle enjoys reading books, spending time with family and friends, going to wine tastings and art exhibits, and traveling.
