Tracy has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims, underwriting, distribution, and technology transformation. Since joining Topa Insurance in 2018 as an IT Product Manager, he has supported a technology transformation, that includes the successful roll out of a new policy administration for all products. Prior to joining Topa, Tracy spent 25 years at the California State Automobile Association, holding various leadership roles, including leading a policy administration replacement effort, digital transformation, and implementation of a CRM solution.

Tracy was attracted to Topa Insurance because of its family like culture and unlimited potential for growth as an organization. He is passionate about developing technology solutions that delights users and optimizes efficiencies. Tracy is proud to lead an extremely talented and hard-working IT team.

When Tracy is not working you can find him spending time with family, hiking and kayaking.
