Topa Insurance Group Partners with FTP of California for Exclusive E&S Commercial Property Program
Calabasas, CA, November 10, 2021– Topa Insurance Group (“Topa”) announced today a new proprietary and exclusive commercial property program with FTP of California. Available in several states nationwide, the program offers monoline property on a primary and full-limit basis. The program focuses on risks with values up to $50 million.
Topa, an A.M. Best A – (Excellent) VII rated carrier, created this exclusive program for FTP of California due to their expertise in the commercial property space. FTP of California is run by Managing Partner Lee Glaser and his teams in San Diego and Fresno. Lee’s extensive background is in commercial property, specifically tough-to-place excess and surplus lines business for all lines of coverage. Glaser specializes in underwriting, placing commercial property risks, and developing short-tail and difference in conditions (DIC) commercial property programs.
